The Citadel Levtac92 in .44 Magnum offers a compelling blend of classic lever-action functionality with modern tactical features, making it a “space cowboy” favorite. Users praise its smooth cycling action, impressive out-of-the-box accuracy, and robust construction, often noting its surprising lightweight feel despite its steel frame and synthetic stock. While some appreciate the M-LOK handguard and threaded barrel for accessory customization, others find minor quirks like a stiff loading gate or razor-sharp breech edges, though these are often easily remedied by owners. Overall, it’s considered a reliable and fun-to-shoot rifle, particularly for those seeking a versatile and budget-friendly tactical lever gun that performs well with .44 Mag ammunition.
